What is Fantasy Premier League (FPL) and is it free to play?

What is FPL?

Fantasy Premier League is a game played all over the world.

It is based on the Premier League, the highest footballing division in England, featuring clubs ranging from Manchester City to Liverpool.

In Fantasy Premier League, also known as FPL, people pick a total of 15 Premier League players.

Each player has a price and each squad of 15 cannot exceed the maximum budget of £100m.

Throughout every round of fixtures in the league season, the players selected score points for things such as goals, assists and clean sheets.

People compete against their friends and colleagues in leagues called mini-leagues. There is also an overall leaderboard, with the best players in the world winning prizes.

Is FPL free to play?

Fantasy Premier League is free to play and there is no entry fee.
